Q. Is "PROCURE GOLF CHALLENGE" a golf tournament?

No.
The concept of "PROCURE GOLF CHALLENGE" is to invite golf foursomes to play a match of their regular schedule against prostate cancer for the benefit of PROCURE between August 1 and September 1, 2020. Thus, the match is played as part of your regular golf activities.

Q. Is there a registration fee to participate in "PROCURE GOLF CHALLENGE"?

No.
Teams are invited to register for free on the "PROCURE GOLF CHALLENGE" website - golf.procure.ca indicating the day of their round of golf against prostate cancer between August 1 and September 1st, 2020.

Q. Do we have a minimum team fundraising goal?

No minimum target.
However, to be eligible for the grand prize draw-  golf foursomes must have raised a minimum of $ 275, representing a suggested amount of $ 68 per player. The players of the team can make a donation to their own team of that amount or more and / or they can solicit their networks in order to increase the chances of their teams to win the prizes by exceeding the fundraising goal.

Q. Why a general ranking of partipating teams?

The general classification of the teams (see the team ranking) makes it possible to display the foursomes in decreasing order of the amount raised. The team which will finish first in the general team ranking - team with the most raised money will receive: The emblematic cup  and a 2020 golf polo for each member of the team in the colors of the PROCURE GOLF CHALLENGE.

Q. Are the amounts paid to my team eligible for an official donation receipt for tax purposes?

Yes.
All amounts paid to your team are eligible for an official donation receipt for tax purposes.
Donations are made online by credit card on the "PROCURE GOLF CHALLENGE" website - lsh.procure.ca will automatically receive a confirmation email with the official donation receipt for tax purposes.
For donors who wish to donate by check or cash, they must download the form, complete it and send it to PROCURE at the address indicated at the bottom of the form, in order to obtain a tax receipt. To download the donation form, click here.

Q. How do I qualify for the grand prize draw?

All teams that have registered on the golf.procure.ca website before September 1, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. and have raised the minimum amount of $ 275, will automatically receive 1 ticket for the grand prize draw. Each additional dollar, in addition to $ 275, will give the team 1 additional ticket. For example, a team that has raised $ 1,000 will have 726 tickets to the grand prize draw (eg 1000 - 275 = 725 + 1), and in return, a team that would have raised $ 280, would have 6 chances to win the grand prize (ex: 280-275 = 5 + 1). 

Q. When will the grand prize draw take place?

The Grand Prize draw will take place on September 7, 2020 around 12:00 noon in the PROCURE offices. A Participant's chances of winning depend on the number of tickets accumulated.
